Meeting Manager

Connecting as many good contacts as possible within the shortest possible time - this is the main motivation for visits to trade fairs and industry meetings. But often the combination of lack of time, sensory overload and disorientation stands in the way of this desired scenario. Our Web application creates remedy and facilitates the organization in the apron.

The Meeting Manager is a browser-based platform that we have developed especially for companies and associations with a network character. The organizer invites his community, partners or members via mail or newsletter to participate in so-called mini meetings. Afterwards, they can easily enter all participants into the system themselves via the application. All participants then receive their login data at a fixed time. This gives them the opportunity to request meetings with other companies, accept incoming requests, reject them, block timeslots and then download their personal schedule.

If there is an appointment between two participants, this takes place in specially equipped rooms with numbered tables and is, comparable to speed dating, limited in time. The spatially and temporally fixed framework allows targeted and clear communication to many discussion partners on only one event day. During the meetings, a 20-minute countdown is projected onto the wall, which is also part of the application. After 18 minutes, an acoustic signal announces the remaining two minutes and a third signal marks the end of the mini meeting. In addition, the countdown shows the remaining time until the next meeting and its participants.
